Havells Sylvania offers complete lighting solutions: new Lumiance LEDs fit for professional and domestic use

With the LEDs from its Lumiance range, one of the three brands of the company, Havells Sylvania offers not only lamps but also complete lighting solutions with design flexibility and small size. With its comprehensive range of LED drivers and the different Lumiance design solutions, Havells Sylvania demonstrates the huge variety of LED light source options as well as aesthetic and energy efficient applications for domestic and professional use. All together the new Lumiance range contains five different LED solutions in different varieties and nine drivers.

Direct spot lights in hotel lobbies, highlighted shop windows, bright lights for museum vitrines or under cabinet lighting for stylish kitchen interieurs – the decorative application possibilities for the Lumiance LED solutions are wide-ranging. “The design flexibility in combination with the reduced maintenance and energy costs makes the Lumiance solution an especially attractive alternative for conventional lighting arrangements”, says Marc Veldkamp , Lumiance leader and General Manager Benelux from Havells Sylvania. “They are easy to install and once in place you can forget about them for a long time.”
The new range contains the following five products in different varieties: the Instar Trend LED (Swing LED 12 Watt, 3 Watt and Recess downlight 1 Watt), the Motto LED, the LumiStrip LED system, the Lumifix LED and Walled LED. The appropriate drivers ensure the safe installation and operation of the LEDs with protection against short circuits, overloads and overheating.
The Instar Trend Swing LED 12 Watt, e.g. is one of the most powerful Ø 50mm LED downlight on the market with 4x3W and Luminous flux up to 663lm. It offers instant light with low running temperatures with a color rendering of 75 (cool white 6.000K) and 80 (warm white 3.000 K). The light intensity is comparable with a 35-50 low voltage halogen lamp (depending on the driver and color temperature) but with an energy saving potential of up to 80 %.
The Motto LEDs are modular LED systems are useful solutions for a discreet but stylish integration into the building design. They are great applications for spacious rooms like hallways, shops and department stores, hotels and restaurants or foyers, entrances and conference rooms. They come in different forms and light colors.
The Walled LED  is a decorative light fixtures for recessing into walls and ceilings are made of stylish silver-grey sheet metal with a die-cast aluminium front ring. They are ideal for decorative and low level orientation lighting in hotel bars, restaurants, hallways or shops.
The LumiStrip is a flexible LED system, very thin and narrow, ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, and available in 4.000K neutral white and 3.000K warm white colour temperatures. It comes in two varieties: LumiStrip LED IP20 (with pre-attached 3M mounting tape) and LumiStrip LED IP65 (with a UV and Salt resistant silicon sleeve for indoor and outdoor use).
The LumiFix LED system is an excellent solution for a huge variety of applications: cove lighting, showcase lighting, kitchen, display or under cabinet lighting. It comes with an easy plug an play installation with a color rendering of 70 (cool white 7.000K).
